How to Post an Ad
Its simple! Register by clicking on the ‘register ‘ button located at the top right of the page or the ‘post an ad’ orange button also located at the top right of the page, create your user name and password.
This will then take you to the submit your listing page, follow the prompts and this will take you through a step by step process to create your ad.
You can manage your ads or edit your user profile from your personalised dashboard “My dashboard”. This also gives options on what notifications you wish to receive, such as what category, product or service you would like email alerts on and also what state or territory.
Many of our features are free, however we do charge a fee for certain services, such as:
– Featured listings, this shows ads on rotation at the top of the home and category pages, this enhances the promotion of your product / service.

Standard ads = FREE
This is listed in our ad category page.
This includes
– Up to 5 photo uploads
– Unlimited changes to your posted ad
– Advertise until sold
Featured Listing = $50 for 150 days
This shows ads on rotation at the top of the home and category pages, this enhances the promotion of your product / service.
This includes:
– Priority positioning
– Up to 5 photo uploads
– Unlimited changes to your posted ad
– You will have the option to re list your ad as a standard ad for free after the 150 days or pay $50 for another 150 days as a featured ad.
*When an ad has been submitted, screened and approved, it will then be listed on Buy Sell Dental’s facebook page and other social media sites, we also email it to all Buy Sell Dental’s subscribers – an Australia wide database of Dentists, specialists and auxiliary staff.
Please note: All ads will drop off after 150 days, when the ad is about to expire, you will receive an email giving you the option to re list your item, this is free (unless its a featured listing).

Are all ads screened by Buy Sell Dental?
Yes, we screen all listings before posting, so please bear with us if it takes a little longer than expected for your ad to show up. This is to protect the integrity of the site and maintain its Dental purpose. We do our best to filter out the scammers and spammers, but like everything in life, nothing is 100%. Please notify us if you do come across anything that you think is suspicious or dodgy. We will work quickly to determine if it is and will remove the item and poster.
Is my information safe and confidential?
Yes, it’s up to you how much information you disclose to the enquirer, we do not recommend including any personal or potentially sensitive information in your ad.
Can I include a web site address in my ad?
Yes, but we do not permit URL’s in the title, you must also provide a description about the product/service in the description area. The buyer can make an informed decision whether to navigate from Buy Sell Dental to another URL.
Useful tips when posting your ad:
Please provide as much information as possible about the product/service you are listing, along with clear photos. This will save you and the enquirer time and effort in the long run.
